Excise taxes, duties, and levies
All shipping costs are exclusive of excise taxes, duties, and levies pertaining to your country/region. Buyers are responsible for their region's excise taxes, duties, and levies on goods imported from Canada. Peter James Leather Company Inc. is not responsible for paying, all or in part any excise taxes, duties, and levies imposed by your country/region.
Shipping Cut-off Times
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 1pm EST are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 1pm EST are shipped the following business day. Orders received after 1pm EST on Friday’s are shipped on the following Monday.
Custom Monogram orders will ship within 2 business days of the date the order was placed.
International Orders
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
What if I return the package to sender because I do not want to pay the assessed excise tax?
Your order total, less the original and any additional shipping charges incurred will be refunded.
